For over 15 years, I have dedicated my life to the food cart industry, not just as a business but as a mission to empower families to build their dreams. Through this journey, I’ve had the privilege of helping 29 families take their first steps toward owning a business—an opportunity that, for many, once seemed far out of reach. These are people who, before meeting me, had the skills and the spirit but just needed a way to make a living, a way to thrive.
Every food cart I’ve provided has been more than a piece of equipment; it’s been a lifeline, a source of hope, and a pathway to independence. With affordable payment plans, I made it possible for these families to begin their journeys without heavy financial burdens. Today, I’m proud to see how many of them have not only found stability but have flourished—they’ve built homes, acquired property, and even expanded into multiple businesses.
